Matt Falllaize is a writer and chef holed up in Ormskirk, Lancashire, where he doles out dishes and poems ain uneven quantities. Concerned with the margin, constraints, broken moments and the mundane his work has appeared in Stride, Neon Highway and Erbacce amongst many others, most recently in the Oulipian edition of Ekleksografia magazine.
